I find it difficult to fathom that a big company which made some of the greatest snack cakes could have ever gone the way of the dodo. When a company brings in copious amounts of profits, shouldn't it stay in business? That's what I thought in the past but then the news came out that a notable baker has closed down operations. Because of this, I await seeing many former workers take up arms thanks to business debt collection.

For those of you who haven't been paying attention to the news in the past several weeks, Hostess closed down operations after being founded in 1930. This means that not only Hostess would go down but brands like Wonder Bread and Drake's as well. Due to how long the company had been in business for, this wasn't something that simply occurred out of thin air. Many bad choices seemed to occur during the later parts of the company's existence, many of which are the fault of executives.

Before the ultimate demise of Hostess, a number of workers had gone on strike. Executives attempted to make light of the situation by casting it to the side but the fact that employees were having their pay cut couldn't have gone ignored. It didn't help that executives started to give themselves great additions on top of their 100% raises, either. This only worked to drag the company down further. The amount of debt is still staggering and I don't think anyone would blame these workers for wanting to take <a href="https://twitter.com/RRSCollects/following/">action</a> to get what they're deserved.

In order for this to occur, business debt collection would have to be utilized in the name of procuring certain amounts. Reputable companies the likes of <a href="http://www.facebook.com/pages/Rapid-Recovery-Solution-Inc/22439864072/">R-R-S</a> can be utilized in order for you to attain the funds owed. The debtor in question can take on a variety of forms, whether a single person or a big business in general. In this case, the debtor would be Hostess, targeted by the masses.

I believe that these workers would totally be in the right to look for financial retribution. The degree of pension owed to the workers amounted for over $160 million, which definitely put a dent in the staying power of Hostess. I don't believe the fault would land squarely on the shoulders of employees since they were only doing as they were told. Rather, it's a situation in which the executives and CEOs have no one to blame for the eventual closing but themselves.
